When you use bigbert, we collect the following information that you provide during onboarding:

Gender, age, height, and weight
Fitness goals and experience level
Workout preferences, schedule, and equipment access
Injury information you choose to share

This information is used solely to generate your personalized workout plan. It is stored locally on your device and sent to our server only when generating or regenerating your plan.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your onboarding data is sent to our secure API to generate a personalized workout plan using AI (Claude by Anthropic). The data is:

Used only for workout plan generation
Not stored on our servers after the plan is generated
Not sold, shared, or used for advertising
Not used to train AI models

3. Data Stored on Your Device

bigbert stores the following data locally on your device:

Your onboarding responses
Your generated workout plan
Workout completion history, XP, level, and streaks
Notification preferences

This data never leaves your device except during plan generation.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID account.

5. Push Notifications

bigbert sends local push notifications to remind you about workouts. These are scheduled on your device and do not involve any server communication. You can disable them anytime in the app's settings or your device settings.

6. Analytics & Tracking

bigbert does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We don't track your behavior, location, or app usage patterns.

7. Children's Privacy

bigbert is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Data Deletion

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app. This permanently removes all locally stored data. If you'd like assistance with data deletion, contact us at hello@bigbert.app.
